1 About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. This role is perfect for freshers eager to start a career in IT Service Management (ITSM) and gain hands-on experience with the powerful ServiceNow platform. You will work on designing, developing, and implementing solutions to streamline IT processes and enhance operational efficiency.

2 Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ITSM processes.
• Implement ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in ServiceNow implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

3 Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations is a plus.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow modules or training (preferred but not mandatory).
• Soft Skills:
