1 About the Role:

As a fresher, you will work alongside experienced data scientists and engineers to analyze large datasets, develop machine learning models, and extract valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making. 2 Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Exploration:
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data.
  • Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to summarize and present insights to stakeholders.
• Model Development & Machine Learning:
  • Assist in building and deploying machine learning models using algorithms like regression, classification, and clustering.
  • Experiment with different algorithms and techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work with data scientists to fine-tune and validate models for optimal performance.
• Data Visualization & Reporting:
  • Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights effectively.
  • Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib to create charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Problem Solving:
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Work with engineers to implement data pipelines for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Assist in identifying areas for optimization in business processes using data analysis.
• Continuous Learning & Growth:
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other opportunities to enhance technical skills.
  • Apply new knowledge to improve models, processes, and overall efficiency.

3 Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying databases for data extraction.
• Soft Skills:
