• By enrolling in any course at iTpreneur, students agree to comply with the institute’s policies, rules, and guidelines.
• The institute reserves the right to modify course content, fees, schedules, and trainers without prior notice.
• Students must maintain discipline, professionalism, and respect toward trainers, staff, and peers.
• Any misconduct, including plagiarism, harassment, or violations of institute rules, may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.

Information collected from Interactive Forms

Some of our web pages have interactive forms that allow you to voluntarily submit personal information (such as your e-mail address, name, or organization). This happens when you are registering for online counseling, seminars, various tests, quizzes, workshops or training sessions offered by Itpreneur, downloading admission forms from Itpreneur. In those cases, all submitted information is used only for the purposes for which it is intended and is not made available to any third party.

When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. • Students must meet the course-specific eligibility criteria as mentioned on the official website.
• Final-year students of any graduates or graduates from BCA, BCS, B.Tech, B.Sc (IT), MCA, M.Sc (IT), etc., can apply.
• Admission is subject to verification of academic qualifications and eligibility.

• Placement support includes resume building, mock interviews, soft skills training, and job referrals.
• Students must successfully complete the course and meet the required assessment criteria to qualify for placement assistance.

 Placement Guarantee

• Some programs come with a 100% Job Guarantee, subject to performance and adherence to course requirements.
• Students must complete live projects, assignments, and assessments to be eligible.
• If a student receives job offers and refuses them, the placement guarantee is void.
• The job guarantee applies only to students who fulfill attendance (minimum 90%) and coursework completion requirements.

 Company Tie-ups & Job Offers

• iTpreneur has tie-ups with 850+ companies, including MNCs and startups.
• The institute does not guarantee a specific salary package or company
• Salary packages depend on individual performance and company selection criteria.
• Students are responsible for preparing for interviews and maintaining professionalism during job interactions.

 Refund Policy

 General Refund Rules

• Fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances..
• No refunds are provided Once admission process is done.

 Special Cases for Refunds

• If a batch is canceled by iTpreneur, students will be offered an alternative batch or if ITPreneur fails then the fees will be refunded Deducting GST

 Course Transfer

• Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another course within 15 days of joining, subject to approval.
• If the new course has a higher fee, the student must pay the difference.
• No refunds will be issued for transferring to a lower-cost course.

 Referral Policy

 Eligibility for Referral Benefits

• Students and alumni can refer friends to iTpreneur courses and earn referral benefits.
• The referred candidate must successfully enroll and pay the full course fee for the referrer to be eligible.

 Referral Rewards

• A referral bonus (cashback, discount, or gift) will be provided as per the ongoing referral program.
• Bonuses will be processed within 15 working days after the referred candidate completes one month of training.

 Terms & Conditions

• The referral program cannot be combined with other discounts.
• If the referred student withdraws or fails to complete the course, the referral reward is void.
• iTpreneur reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
